This fine art table was painted in acrylics for the actual hole scene and completed with a water based varnish. All other sections of this 1945 mahogany table were stained in pine and varnished to a smooth finish. The slightly indented lower portion of the legs is also slightly lighter in color value. This was done to bring your attention to this graceful design detail. A richly colored painting of the 5th hole makes for a one of a kind tilt top that is both useable and striking in appearance.
