Maine Barn

Watercolor of old, slightly run down barn in the hay field on a chilly rainy day. The open doorways allow for cows to come and go as needed while the tractors and other equipment are kept within more secure areas of the barn. The metal roof has some rust on it as does the silo and the once deep red paint is peeling. To achieve that representationally, I dry brushed paint onto most of the barn.
